Realização de sonhos

Começo este texto com uma questão para quem lê. Se tivessem acesso a muito dinheiro, quais seriam as imediatas concretizações? Que sonhos manifestariam, que desejos?

Quando eu penso na minha dificuldade de realizar o meu sonho de criar um santuário para felinos, por falta de verbas, eu visualizo esse santuário e peço a Deus que me permita vir a criá~lo, em breve, para que tantas vidas possam ser nutridas e onde os animais possam viver livres de sofrimento. Este, é o meu pensamento imediato, quando penso na possibilidade de ganhar o euro milhões, por exemplo. Eu tenho uma tremenda inclinação para felinos, e por isso eles fazem parte integrante da minha missão.

Naturalmente, cada ser terá o seu sonho ou sonhos, desejos variados, e eu penso que maravilhoso seria se muitos de nós pudéssemos pensar em contribuir para um bem maior, para algo que enriqueça a Terra e a vida de outros.

Não será errado querer realizar algo que se quer muito para proveito próprio, mas que no meio de extravagâncias ou não, existisse espaço para cuidar os outros.

Eu sei que o meu desejo de cuidar é superior à minha vaidade. Não será a realidade de todos nós. Apenas desejo deixar com este texto uma semente para reflexão.

Eu não acredito que a nossa existência se resuma a mero usufruto da Terra e do que ela tem para oferendar. Confio que a razão porque existimos tem um propósito maior e quanto mais próximos estivermos do nosso propósito, menor será a necessidade de retirarmos daquilo que nos rodeia e maior será a vontade de servir, doar, e cuidar.

Dreams come true

I begin this text with a question for those who read it. If you had access to a lot of money, what would be the immediate achievements? What dreams would you manifest, what desires?

When I think about my difficulty in realizing my dream of creating a sanctuary for felines, due to lack of funds, i visualize this sanctuary and ask God to allow me to create it soon, so that so many lives can be nourished and where animals can live free from suffering. This is my immediate thought when I think about the possibility of winning the euro million, for example. I have a tremendous penchant for felines, which is why they are an integral part of my mission.

Naturally, each being will have their dream or dreams, varied desires, and i think how wonderful it would be if many of us could think about contributing to a greater good, to something that enriches the Earth and the lives of others.

It will not be wrong to want to do something you really want for your own benefit, but in the midst of extravagance or not, there would be space to take care of others.

I know that my desire to care is greater than my vanity. It will not be the reality for all of us. I just want to leave a seed for reflection with this text.

I do not believe that our existence is limited to merely enjoying the Earth and what it has to offer. I trust that the reason why we exist has a greater purpose and the closer we are to our purpose, the less will be the need to withdraw from what surrounds us and the greater will be the desire to serve, donate, and care.
