O pó interno

… porque quando o sol entra casa adentro e todo o pó reluz, a tendência é não querer ver. É querer que o sol não entre porque nos mostra que afinal a casa não está tanto do nosso agrado. E começamos a soprar ao pó para acabarmos por perceber que é pó de já algum tempo e não se vai com uma nem duas assopradelas. Ou que de novo vai assentar.

Assim é com o nosso pó interno. É necessário notá~lo. E não é por não permitirmos que o sol raie sobre ele, por impedirmos que a luz entre, que ele não existe.

Vamos ser sempre humanos. Escusado será querer eliminar esta condição em que e com que nascemos. Vamos sempre ter este lado que nos assiste quando precisamos de sobreviver. Mas é necessário distinguir um estado de sobrevivência, e um estado de coexistência. Porque quando existimos em modo de sobrevivência, só a nós vemos. E mal. E nem pensar que conseguimos tão pouco olhar para dentro. É uma calamidade que nos induz inclusive a magoar o próximo. E em circunstâncias extremas, a tirar a vida ao próximo.

Com a inteligência com que fomos abençoados (ainda que a apliquemos tão desgovernadamente para fazer o mal), possamos olhar ao nosso pó interno. Aquele que nos prejudica. E que por cascata, prejudica o todo.

Sendo nós também pó Estelar, façamos as pazes com o pó nos nossos lares. Ele está no ar que respiramos.

Our internal dust

… because when the sun comes into the house and all the dust glitters, we tend to not want to see it. We want the sun not to come in because it shows us that the house is not to our liking after all. And we start blowing off the dust only to realize that it is dust that has been around for some time and will not go away with just one or two blows. Or that it will settle back again.

So it is with our internal dust. It needs to be noticed. And it is not because we do not allow the sun to shine on it, or because we prevent light from entering, that it does not exist.

We will always be human. There is no need to want to eliminate this condition in which and with which we were born. We will always have this side that assists us when we need to survive. But it is necessary to distinguish between a state of survival and a state of coexistence. Because when we exist in survival mode, we only see ourselves. And badly. And in no way we get to look inside ourselves. It is a calamity that even leads us to hurt others. And in extreme circumstances, taking the life of others.

With the intelligence with which we have been blessed (even if we apply it so out of control to do evil), we can look at our internal dust. The one which harms us, and that, by cascade, harms the whole.

As we too are Stardust, let us make peace with the dust in our homes. It is in the air we breathe.
